अदालत ने भारतीय नौसेना के एक लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर को रेप मामले में बरी कर दिया। नेवी के एक लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर पर उसकी ही मंगेतर ने शादी से इनकार करने पर दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगा दिया. दुष्कर्म के इस मामले में 6 साल बाद तीस हजारी अदालत ने नेवी अधिकारी कोआरोप से बरी कर दिया है.
युवती के अनुसार, जुलाई 2015 में उसकी सगाई नेवी के एक अधिकारी से हुई थी और वो दोनों एक रिश्तेदार के घर पर सत्संग के दोरान मिले थे जहा मंगेतर ने उसके साथ जबरन शारीरिक संबंध बनाए.

आरोपी के अधिवक्ता रवि दराल की तरफ से अदालत को बताया गया की जांच के लिए भेजे गए सैंपल की एफएसएल रिपोर्ट निगेटिव आई है और शादी का दबाव डालने के लिए युवती ने दुष्कर्म की FIR घटना के तीन दिन बाद दर्ज करवाई.
शिकायत में कहा गया है कि आरोपी ने शादी का झूठा वादा किया जबकि 20 नवंबर को ही उसने शादी कर ली. अधिवक्ता रवि दराल ने अदालत से कहा कि इस तरह की घटना हुई ही नहीं है जिसके आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं. इसके अलावा युवती बार-बार अपने बयान बदल रही है.

अडिशनल सेशन जज अंकुर जैन ने कहा कि जाहिर होता है कि मौजूदा शिकायत शादी का दबाव बनाने के लिए दी गई है. लड़की की मां और मामा की  गवाही भी अदालत को किसी ठोस नतीजे तक संदेह का लाभ देते ले जा पाने में नाकाम रही। जिस समय की घटना बताई गई है, उस समय कमरे के बाहर ही कई लोग बैठे हुए थे. अगर युवती से दुष्कर्म किया गया तो वह आसानी से शोर मचाकर परिवार के सदस्यों को बुला सकती थी. अदालत ने यह भी पाया कि युवती के बयान कई बार बदल रहे हैं.

युवती को इस घटना की शिकायत करने में भी 3 दिन का समय लग गया. अदालत ने आरोपी नेवी अधिकारी को बरी कर दिया है.

नेवी के लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर पर उसकी ही मंगेतर ने शादी से इनकार करने पर दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगा दिया, रेप मामले  में अदालत ने बरी कर दिया.

The court acquitted a lieutenant commander of the Indian Navy in the rape case. A Navy lieutenant commander was accused of rape by his own fiancée for refusing to marry him. In this rape case, after 6 years, the Tis Hazari court has acquitted the Navy officer of the charge.
According to the girl, she was engaged to a Navy officer in July 2015 and they both met during a satsang at a relative’s house where the fiancé forced her to have physical relations with her.
