Hon'ble Delhi High Court quashed the POCSO FIR lodged against my clients.
There were allegations against my clients that few photographs of the complainant were taken by them but there were no such vulgar photographs, the complainant was a friend of one of my clients while she made the allegations against his friends also upon which all were sent to Jail.
