A Man Falsely Implicated Monetary Dispute. POCSO Case Bail granted. Read the full story.
Advocate ππππ πππππ got bail in a POCSO case where his client was falsely implicated due to monetary dispute with the family of complainant. Accused was known to the complainant since a long time and both had friendly relations with each other. Father of accused gave a loan of Rs. 5 Lac to mother of comaplainant and a written agreemnt was also signed. As per terms when the accused and his father demanded back their loan the accused was given beatings and a false FIR was lodged againt him in Police station U.S: 6 POCSO Act.
Due to monetary dispute the accused was given beating by the family of the complainant and a false case of POCSO was lodged against him. During the cross examination the prosecutrix could not firmly stood upon the version given by her before Ld. MM during her statement recorded U.S: 164 CrPC and various inconsistency and infermities were recorded. There were various photographs of the complainant with the accused in which she was seen happy with him.
πππ―π’ ππ«ππ₯π₯ had filed one complaint U.S: 156(3) CrPC against family members of the complainant which is pending for disposal.
Considering the monetary dispute, pending cases and age of the victim the accused was granted bail.
